By using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. Dates are not held without both a signed agreement and retainer.

The remaining balance is due prior to the scheduled session, elopement, wedding, or celebration.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact Runaway Lovers as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, payments may be transferred to a future date at the discretion of Runaway Lovers.

Photography Services

Runaway Lovers specializes in intimate weddings, elopements, vow renewals, engagement sessions, and private couples sessions.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or declined at the photographer's discretion.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered through a private online gallery. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the session or celebration.

Artistic Style

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the photographer's style and body of work. Image editing, composition, lighting, and artistic decisions are made at the photographer's discretion.

Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Runaway Lovers and Robin Godfrey.

Clients receive personal-use rights to their purchased images. Images may not be sold, altered, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Runaway Lovers may use photographs for portfolio display, website galleries, social media, publications, marketing materials, and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, equipment failure, severe weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

All photographs, text, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Runaway Lovers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Venue

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or services provided by Runaway Lovers shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.

Changes to These Terms

Runaway Lovers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website.
